The Message Center has been closed and removed from the web site because of numerous hacks.  It seems that some people have nothing better to do than make life difficult for others.  These small minded people have just made it too difficult to maintain the Message Center.  Since the Message Center was seeing very little use it seemed better to just discontinue use rather that keep fighting those low life idiots from the Middle East.
